中远海控表示，自2026年3月23日至2026年5月21日累计回购股份42,165,500股，根据此前于2025年5月28日通过的购回授权（总额为287,981,950股），上述回购已使用授权的1.464%，剩余可回购份额为245,816,450股。公司同时确认，已遵守所有适用的香港联交所证券上市规则及相关法律法规。
