同时，公司根据第九期股票期权激励计划行使期权，向激励对象增发36.25万股A股，占已发行股本的约0.005324%，每股发行价为人民币41.44元。上述股份变动后，公司已发行股本（不含库存股份）变更为6,807,847,496股，库存股份增至166,942,302股，总股本增加至6,974,789,798股。
