GRAND OCEAN AR (00065) announced the completion of its share placement on October 17, 2025. A total of 40.92 million shares were successfully placed by the placing agent at an adjusted price of HKD 0.335 per share, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement (as revised by the supplemental agreement), to no fewer than six participants. This represents approximately 16.67% of the company’s issued share capital following the completion of the placement and issuance of the new shares. The net proceeds from this transaction are estimated to be around HKD 13.5 million.
