消息面上，2月2日，建设银行支持上海市第一批收购二手住房用于保障性租赁住房项目签约，这标志着上海收购二手住房用于保障性租赁住房工作实质性启动。签约现场，建设银行上海市分行相关支行与上海浦东新区、静安区、徐汇区等三个首批试点区的公租房公司签署合作协议，为开展收购工作提供金融支持。
高盛发布研报称，近日有报道指多间房地产开发商证实，中央监管机构已不再要求按月提交“三条红线”指标数据。而该行与几间开发商的沟通显示，这类月度报告实际上已于一年前暂停执行。而内房板块因上述消息上升，反映住屋需求复苏依然遥远下，流动性注入仍是短期内推动行业股价回升的核心动力。
