Fameglow Holdings Limited (08603) published its monthly return for the period ended 28 February 2026. The total authorised share capital remained HKD 100.00 million, comprising 10,000,000,000 ordinary shares at a par value of HKD 0.01 each.
The company reported no changes in overall issued or treasury shares, keeping the issued share count at 818.92 million. Public float requirements of at least 25% continued to be met.
