家乡互动科技有限公司（股票代码：03798）于2026年9月18日发布公告称，公司于当日在香港联合交易所场内回购股份，涉事股数为34,000股，占其现有已发行股本约0.0027%，回购单股价格区间为每股1.30港元至1.32港元，合计支出款项约44,420港元（约4.44万港元）。
回购完成后，公司已发行股本总数减少至1,261,441,500股，现有库存股数量增至21,962,000股。此前，公司于2026年6月12日通过了股份回购授权，授权可回购股份总数为127,450,950股。截至目前，公司已根据该授权累计回购13,068,000股，占授权通过当日公司已发行股本约1.02534%。
公告同时提及，公司已严格遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则以及相关法律法规开展本次回购。公告由联席公司秘书吴介然签署。
