Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Clears All AGM Resolutions, Confirms Dividend

Koh Brothers Eco Engineering Limited announced that all 12 resolutions tabled at its Annual General Meeting on Apr, 29 2026 were duly approved by shareholders.

The meeting endorsed the directors’ statement, audited financial statements and auditor’s report for the financial year ended Dec, 31 2025.

Shareholders approved a final dividend of 0.030 Singapore cent per share for FY2025.

Chairman Mr Koh Keng Siang, Mr Shin Yong Seub and Mr Lee Sok Khian John were re-elected to the board.

The AGM also sanctioned directors’ fees totalling about 0.326 million Singapore dollars and re-appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP as external auditors.

Special business resolutions received strong support, including the renewal of the share issue mandate, interested person transaction mandates with Koh Brothers Group Limited and Penta-Ocean Construction, the share buy-back mandate, and the authority to grant awards and issue shares under the 2017 Performance Share Plan.

The meeting concluded at 10:45 a.m.
