Tenfu adds 3,000 shares to buy-back, pushing cumulative repurchases to 177,000

Tenfu (Cayman) Holdings Company Limited filed a Next Day Disclosure Return with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 2 July 2026, reporting an additional on-market repurchase of 3,000 ordinary shares on the same day. The shares were bought at HKD 2.68–2.69 each for a total consideration of HKD 8,060.

Issued share capital remains unchanged. The company’s issued shares (excluding treasury shares) stood at 1,082.81 million both before and after the latest transaction.

Cumulative buy-backs. Since 8 May 2026, Tenfu has repurchased 177,000 shares, representing 0.0163 % of the shares outstanding when the buy-back mandate was granted. All repurchased shares are earmarked for cancellation and have not yet been cancelled.

Mandate details. The board resolution passed on 11 May 2026 authorises Tenfu to repurchase up to 108.28 million shares. After the 177,000 shares already bought, the remaining headroom under the mandate is roughly 108.10 million shares.

Regulatory window. In line with Listing Rule 10.06(3)(a), Tenfu is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares for 30 days after the latest repurchase, setting the moratorium period to 1 August 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases were executed in accordance with Hong Kong listing rules, relevant laws and the terms of the approved mandate.
