中国天保集团发展有限公司(01427)于2026年1月7日发布2025年12月股份变动月报。报告期内，公司经香港联合交易所有限公司上市的普通股无发行、购回或注销活动，股本结构保持稳定。
公司报告显示，截至2025年12月31日，注册股本维持在2,000,000,000股，面值每股0.01港元，总额20,000,000港元；已发行股份总数为877,936,000股，未持有任何库藏股，上述数字与上月底相比无变化。
根据公司于2019年10月21日获股东大会通过的购股权计划，当月并未新增授出或行使购股权，公司可因该计划潜在发行最多60,000,000股。目前并无购回及注销股份的活动。
