On November 10, 2025, IB SETTLEMENT (00147) announced that its non-wholly owned subsidiary, Keen Golden, signed a one-year strategic cooperation framework agreement with Sharpening Technology, effective from November 10, 2025. Under the agreement, Sharpening Technology will provide cloud computing power mining services, with a total contract value not exceeding $100 million (approximately HK$780 million). Both parties will negotiate specific terms for each procurement and execute separate formal cloud computing service agreements.
On the same day, Keen Golden and Sharpening Technology entered into their first cloud computing service agreement. According to the agreement, Keen Golden will purchase, and Sharpening Technology will provide, cloud mining services with a minimum computing power of 1 EH/s for a term of 365 days. The consideration amounts to $15 million (approximately HK$117 million), payable in Bitcoin.
Between October 17, 2025, and November 7, 2025, the group acquired approximately 247.8694 Bitcoin in the open market at an aggregate cost of about $25.7 million (approximately HK$200 million), averaging $103,700 (approximately HK$806,900) per Bitcoin.
On November 10, 2025, Keen Golden fulfilled the $15 million (approximately HK$117 million) payment under the cloud computing service agreement by transferring 146.7 Bitcoin to Sharpening Technology at the reference price.
