海上建造服务上半年营收约1.496亿林吉特，与上年同期相比减少26.4%。其中填海及相关工程收益约3661.4万林吉特，受到工程进度放缓和部分合约已完工的影响；海上运砂业务收益约1.1295亿林吉特，新加坡工地作业面临水深和空间限制，导致整体运砂量下降。
楼宇及基础设施服务营收则约4013.6万林吉特，同比增长95.6%，主要因相关工程的施工量增加而带动。
