CSC Financial (06066) Updates Interim Dividend for First Half of 2025

On 3 November 2025, CSC Financial Co., Ltd. (06066) issued an updated announcement regarding its interim dividend for the six months ended 30 June 2025. Shareholders approved a dividend of RMB1.65 per 10 shares on 21 November 2025. The ex-dividend date has been set for 25 November 2025, with a record date of 2 December 2025 and a payment date of 30 December 2025. The share register will be closed from 27 November 2025 to 2 December 2025, and the latest time to lodge transfer documents is 26 November 2025.

The dividend will be paid in Hong Kong dollars at an exchange rate to be announced. Withholding tax rates of 10% to 20% will apply, depending on shareholder classification and domicile. According to the updated notice, enterprise shareholders registered outside the People’s Republic of China (PRC) are generally subject to 10% withholding tax, while individual shareholders outside the PRC may face rates from 10% to 20% based on residency and tax treaty provisions.

As of the date of the announcement, the Executive Directors of the company are Liu Cheng and Jin Jianhua; the Non-executive Directors are Li Min, Zhu Yong, Yan Xiaolei, Wang Guanglong, Yang Dong, Hua Shurui, and Wang Hua; and the Independent Non-executive Directors are Po Wai Kwong, Lai Guanrong, Zhang Zheng, Wu Xi, and Zheng Wei.
