Asian Citrus (73) Announces Further Disposal of NVIDIA Shares

Asian Citrus Holdings Limited (Stock Code: 73) disclosed that on 2 December 2025 (after Hong Kong trading hours), its wholly owned subsidiary Cheer Kind Limited disposed of 800 shares of NVIDIA on the open market. The average selling price per share was approximately US$184.84, for a total consideration of about US$148,000 (equivalent to approximately HKD1,154,000), excluding transaction costs.

Following this transaction, Asian Citrus Holdings Limited now holds 740 NVIDIA shares. According to the announcement, the group expects to recognize an unaudited gain of around US$22,000 (equivalent to approximately HKD172,000), based on the carrying amount of the disposed shares as of 30 June 2025.

The announcement highlighted that upon aggregation with previous disposals, the disposal of NVIDIA shares constituted a discloseable transaction under the Listing Rules, as certain applicable percentage ratios exceeded 5% but were below 25%. The proceeds from this latest disposal are intended for general working capital or other suitable investments.
