JACOBIO-B Buys Back 70,500 Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 6.68 Million

JACOBIO-B (Jacobio Pharmaceuticals Group Co., Ltd.) disclosed a small-scale share repurchase executed on 5 May 2026. The company acquired 70,500 ordinary shares on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 6.61 to HKD 6.68, for a volume-weighted average consideration of HKD 6.67 per share. Total cash outlay amounted to approximately HKD 0.47 million.

Following the transaction, the number of issued shares (excluding treasury shares) fell from 785.14 million to 785.07 million, a reduction of 0.009 %. Concurrently, treasury shares increased to 6.68 million, keeping the group’s total issued share count unchanged at 791.76 million.

The buy-back formed part of the repurchase mandate approved on 10 June 2025, which authorises Jacobio to repurchase up to 78.87 million shares. Cumulative repurchases under this mandate now stand at 3.66 million shares, representing 0.46 % of the company’s issued shares on the mandate date. A 30-day moratorium on new share issues or treasury share disposals is in place until 4 June 2026, in line with Hong Kong listing rules.

The company confirmed that the repurchase complied with all relevant Main Board Rules of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
