Jiyi to Be Delisted from HKEX on 26 March 2026 After Missing Trading Resumption Deadline

Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited announced that shares of Jiyi Holdings Limited will be delisted from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited at 9:00 a.m. on 26 March 2026 in accordance with Rule 6.01A(1).

Trading in Jiyi shares has been suspended since 2 April 2024. Under Rule 6.01A(1), the Exchange can cancel a listing if trading is not resumed within 18 months; the deadline in this case was 1 October 2025. The company did not satisfy the Exchange’s resumption guidance by that date.

On 7 November 2025, the Listing Committee resolved to cancel the listing. Jiyi requested a review, but on 13 March 2026 the Listing Review Committee upheld the delisting decision.

The Exchange has instructed the company to release an announcement regarding the cancellation and advises shareholders to seek professional advice on the implications of the delisting.

Effective time of delisting: 9:00 a.m., 26 March 2026.

Announcement date: 24 March 2026.
