2026年6月15日，蒙牛乳业（股票代码：02319）发布翌日披露报表，宣布当日于香港联交所场内回购普通股100,000股，占公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）约0.0026%。根据公告，每股回购价格介乎16.29港元至16.30港元，总金额1,629,740港元（约162.97万港元）。
公告显示，回购前后公司已发行股本（不包括库藏股）均为3,876,476,513股，所购回的上述股份尚未注销。公司此前于2026年6月5日通过回购授权，授权购回股份总数为387,890,251股，截至目前已合计购回1,541,000股。同日公告确认，所有回购及相关程序均符合香港联交所上市规则及适用法律的规定。
