Amuse Group Holding Limited (stock code: 8545) reported revenue of approximately HK$91.63 million for the six months ended 30 September 2025, a 55.2% increase from about HK$59.03 million in the same period last year. Cost of sales rose to around HK$72.65 million, and gross profit reached HK$18.98 million, up 65.6% year-on-year. The gross profit margin improved slightly to 20.7%.
Sales of ODM toys rose 16.1% to HK$32.27 million, propelled by demand in Japan’s figure toy market. Revenue from distributing imported toys climbed 127.4% to HK$40.13 million, while sales of the Group’s own licensed toys advanced 64.0% to HK$15.73 million. Agency services, related mainly to a construction consultancy project, contributed HK$3.50 million.
Profit for the period stood at HK$1.16 million, compared with HK$1.54 million a year earlier. Basic and diluted earnings per share were 0.10 HK cents, compared with 0.13 HK cents last year.
Management noted that the Group’s expanded distribution efforts, including a new entity in Mainland China and an international company in the U.S., supported revenue growth. Depreciation of the Japanese yen also spurred global demand for toy products. No dividend was declared for the review period.
