和铂医药控股有限公司（02142）于2026年1月2日刊发翌日披露报表。公告显示，公司于2025年12月31日在香港联合交易所回购10万股普通股，回购价格区间为每股12.12港元至12.29港元，总金额约121.94万港元。
根据公告，本次回购后，公司已发行股份数目减少至868,681,522股，库藏股数量增至25,437,000股，两者合计894,118,522股。公司曾于2025年6月11日获股东大会通过购回授权，最多可回购82,834,612股，截至目前已累计购回7,100,000股。本次回购完成后，公司将于2026年1月31日前暂不发行新股或处置库藏股份。
公司在公告中确认，相关股份回购及后续程序已符合香港联交所证券上市规则和有关法律法规的要求。公告由执行董事王劲松签署。
