根据公告，每股回购价格介乎每股港币5.38元至5.54元，总对价约港币156,327.0058元。回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股份）数目降至256,444,640股，库藏股份增至997,900股，合计股本总数仍为257,442,540股。公司同时披露，迄今根据购回授权已累计回购997,900股，占该授权通过当日公司已发行股本约0.459%。
