Tianyancha data shows that RoboTaxi (Xiongan) Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Baidu's autonomous driving unit Apollo Go, was recently established in Xiongan New Area. The company, with legal representative Li Yingzhao, has a registered capital of RMB5 million. Its business scope covers AI fundamental software development, AI application software development, and computer system services. The firm is wholly owned by RoboTaxi (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., an affiliate of Apollo Go.
