DAZHONG DENTAL (02651) announced that Wang Taosha has resigned from his position as independent non-executive director of the fourth board of directors, member of the audit committee under the board of directors, and member of the nomination committee under the board of directors due to other work arrangements. Wang Taosha's resignation will take effect on the commencement date of the newly appointed independent non-executive director's term. The board of directors proposes to elect and appoint Xie Dong as independent non-executive director of the fourth board of directors. Xie Dong's appointment is subject to approval by shareholders at the company's shareholders' meeting.
