Laopu Gold declares final dividend of SGD 0.03918 per SDR

Laopu Gold Co., Ltd. has declared a final cash dividend for holders of its LAOPU GOLD HK SDR 50TO1. The distribution is based on an underlying H-share dividend of HKD 13.65000000 and an exchange ratio of 1 H share to 50 SDRs, resulting in a gross dividend of HKD 0.273 per SDR.

After deducting a 10 percent withholding tax of HKD 0.02730 and a corporate action fee of HKD 0.00246, the net dividend stands at HKD 0.24324 per SDR. Using an exchange rate of 6.20779, the payment will be converted to SGD 0.03918 per SDR.

The SDR will trade ex-dividend on May, 12 2026, with a record date of May, 13 2026. The book closure period runs from May, 08 2026 to May, 13 2026, and payment is scheduled for Jul, 13 2026.
