CHINASINOSTAR (00485) announced that effective December 1, 2025: Independent Non-Executive Director Mr. Zeng Guanwei resigned from his positions as Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee due to his intention to dedicate more time to personal affairs and other business commitments. Ms. Liu Xiaofeng has been appointed as Independent Non-Executive Director and member of the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, and Nomination Committee.
