2026年5月5日，TS WONDERS（01767）披露了截至2026年4月30日的股份变动月报表。报告显示，公司法定注册股本与已发行股份数合计均保持稳定，未发生新增发行或回购活动。
经公告披露，公司法定/注册股本为50,000,000港元，对应5,000,000,000股普通股（每股面值0.01港元）。4月期间，无增减变动，月末法定/注册股本仍为50,000,000港元。已发行股份方面，截至4月30日，公司普通股总数为1,000,000,000股，库存股数量保持为0股，较上个月并无变动。
在期权及其他激励计划方面，公司列示了2018年12月20日获批的购股权计划，其中当前可行使合共100,000,000股，但本月期间未发生任何期权授出或行使，也未有新增股份发行与购回情况。
