春城热力(01853)宣布，在5月15日举行的年度股东会上，股东正式批准了截至2025年12月31日止年度的利润分配方案。公司将以现金形式派发末期股息，每股人民币0.030元（含税）。
H股股息将按中国人民银行于宣派股息前一周公布的港元兑人民币平均中间价（1港元兑人民币0.8803元）换算，折合每股0.0341港元（含税）。内资股股息以人民币派付。
为厘定有权收取末期股息的股东，公司将于2026年6月4日（星期四）暂停办理股份过户登记，当日名列股东名册的股东将有权获派该股息。末期股息预计于2026年7月24日（星期五）派发。有关代扣代缴个人所得税等税务安排，公司提醒股东参阅此前发布的通函中的相关说明。
