迪生创建（00113）7月20日在港交所公告称，自2026年8月3日起，公司位于百慕达的注册办事处及主要股份过户登记处地址将更改为“Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda”。
公司在香港的股份过户登记分处维持不变，继续由卓佳证券登记有限公司负责，地址为香港夏悫道十六号远东金融中心十七楼。
公告同时披露，公司董事局成员包括执行董事陈汉松（代理主席）、潘冠达（首席营运官）、刘汝熹，以及独立非执行董事马清源、艾志思、冯愉敏、林诗韵。公司秘书为柯淑英。
本次地址变更仅涉及百慕达注册办公室及主要过户登记处，相关变更自2026年8月3日起生效。
