Meanwhile, the Group is in discussions with a bank concerning the waiver of a financial covenant tied to borrowings of approximately HK$1,060 million, with lenders indicating no intention to demand immediate repayment. The Group is also exploring new financing channels to support its working capital and commitments and is negotiating the extension of the maturity date for its 2025 Convertible Bonds.

To bolster liquidity, the Group has invested in the crime thriller film “Sons of the Neon Night,” released on 1 October 2025, anticipating a share of box office proceeds in the first half of 2026. Cost-control initiatives are also underway, including a streamlined headcount that has lowered staff numbers from 187 to 175, resulting in a reduction in related expenses.
