根据公告，截至本次回购前，昊海生物科技于香港联交所上市的H股数量为34,780,340股，于上海证券交易所科创板上市的A股数量为190,203,760股。公司已发行股份总数（不包括库藏股）为224,984,100股，其中包含H股34,780,340股和A股190,203,760股。本次回购后，公司H股数量和总股本暂维持不变。此外，自2026年5月29日回购授权通过以来，公司已累计购回股份607,000股，占授权明确的已发行股份总数约1.7452%，回购授权尚有一定额度可供后续使用。
公司在公告中表示，本次回购已获董事会正式授权，并遵守香港联交所上市规则及相关法律法规要求。公告由董事兼联席公司秘书田敏签署。
