According to an announcement made on October 20, 2025, DOBOT (02432) has granted a total of 612,800 share options under its H-shares option scheme to 12 grantees ("Option Grantees"), who are employees that recently joined the company. The grant is subject to the acceptance by the Option Grantees and compliance with the rules of the H-shares option scheme.
