According to information obtained by correspondents, late on the evening of March 2nd local time, an advisor to the commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps stated that the Strait of Hormuz has been closed. The Iranian side will strike all vessels attempting to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. As of now, Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps has not yet issued an official statement.
