美的集团(00300)于2026年7月27日发布公告称，当日通过深圳证券交易所回购A股股份共计41.73万股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）约0.00613%。每股回购价格区间介于人民币83.55元至人民币84.54元，合计支付约3,506.48万元。
公告显示，公司当日同时根据第九期股票期权激励计划行使期权，向激励对象（不包括公司董事）发行新股272,579股，占回购前公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）约0.004004%，每股发行价格为人民币41.44元。上述交易完成后，截至2026年7月27日，公司已发行股本（不含库藏股）为6,807,702,775股，库藏股为167,359,602股，总股本为6,975,062,377股。
公司确认已就本次股份回购及新股发行事项履行了所有适用的上市规则、法律及其他监管规定。公告由董事长、执行董事兼总裁方洪波签署。
