IMPRO PRECISION (01286) has announced board-level changes effective from July 1, 2026. Ms. Zhu Liwei has resigned from her positions as an executive director and as a member of the Board's Sustainability Committee. Her resignation is to allow her to dedicate more time to the business development of the group's Aviation Technology division.
Concurrently, Mr. Zhang Yongfeng has been appointed as an executive director and will also join the Sustainability Committee as a member.
