AB Builders Reports No Share Capital Changes for May 2026; 600 Million Shares in Issue, Public Float Adequate

AB Builders Group Limited submitted its monthly return to Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited for the period ended 31 May 2026. The filing shows steady capital structure with full compliance to public-float rules.

The authorised share capital remains at 10.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01 each, equivalent to HKD 100 million. No increase or decrease was recorded during the month.

Issued share capital was unchanged at 600.00 million ordinary shares. The company held no treasury shares, and there were no repurchases or cancellations. Management confirmed that the minimum 25 % public-float threshold was maintained.

Under the Share Option Scheme approved on 17 August 2018, no options were outstanding or exercised in May. A total of 57.00 million shares remain available for potential future grants.

The report states there were no warrants, convertible securities, or other agreements that could dilute equity during the month. Director Lao Chao U affirmed that all regulatory filings and listing requirements have been fully satisfied.
