大唐国际发电股份有限公司（股票代码：00991）7月28日公告称，公司已完成“2026年度第九期超短期融资券”发行。本期融资券发行额为20亿元，期限92天，票面利率1.39%，起息日为2026年7月28日。
公告显示，本期超短期融资券由中国光大银行股份有限公司担任主承销商及簿记管理人，上海浦东发展银行股份有限公司担任联席主承销商。募集资金将全部用于偿还有息债务及补充营运资金。
此前，2025年12月30日，公司2025年第三次临时股东会授权同意公司2026年境内外权益及债务融资额度合计不超过900亿元。2025年10月22日，中国银行间市场交易商协会向公司出具《接受注册通知书》（中市协注〔2025〕TDFI43号），注册额度自2025年5月23日起3年内有效。
本期融资券的成功发行为公司2026年融资计划提供了资金保障。
