2026年7月22日，业聚医疗集团控股有限公司（股票代码：06929，以下简称“业聚医疗”）发布自愿公告称，其在日本开展的关键性临床试验 OM-0031 已完成首名患者入组。该试验旨在评估公司自主研发的冠状动脉紫杉醇药物涂层球囊（DCB）的安全性与有效性。
OM-0031 为前瞻性、多中心合作研究，试验对象为冠状动脉疾病患者，研究范围涵盖小血管及大血管原发病变，以及支架内再狭窄（ISR）的治疗。主要终点为于六个月随访时评估靶病变失败（TLF）发生率。
根据公告，OM-0031 试验将在日本全国 25 家心血管中心持续招募患者，计划在 2027 年底前完成全部入组。试验随访和数据分析完成后，业聚医疗将依据结果，向日本独立行政法人医药品医疗器械综合机构（PMDA）提交监管审批申请。
业聚医疗表示，此举有望推进集团药物涂层球囊在日本市场的商业化进程。公司提醒股东及潜在投资者在买卖公司股份时保持审慎。
