2026年8月24日，绿色能源科技集团有限公司（00979）公告称，公司已与配售代理第一证券（香港）有限公司及未来证券有限公司签署第二份补充函件，将新股配售事项的最后完成日期由2026年8月24日进一步延长至2026年9月7日，或由各方另行协定的其他日期。此前，公司已于2026年8月4日公布首次延期安排。 除上述日期调整外，配售协议的其他条款与条件维持不变，并继续有效。 根据公告，配售价维持每股0.4港元，相较于： 1) 2026年8月24日股份在联交所收市价每股0.275港元，溢价约45.45%； 2) 2026年8月24日前连续五个交易日的平均收市价每股约0.281港元，溢价约42.35%。 公司提醒股东及潜在投资者，配售事项须待配售协议所载条件全部达成后方可作实，未必一定进行，买卖股份时需审慎行事。
