乐舱物流（02490）7月9日公告称，董事会建议将公司英文名称由“LC Logistics, Inc.”更改为“LC Group Holding Limited”，并将中文双重外文名称由“乐舱物流股份有限公司”更改为“乐舱集团控股有限公司”。\n\n根据公告，更名需满足两项条件后方可生效：一是股东需在股东特别大会上通过特别决议案；二是获得开曼群岛公司注册处处长的批准。待取得开曼群岛公司注册处处长签发的更名注册证书后，公司将向香港公司注册处办理相关存档手续，更名即正式生效。\n\n公司表示，更名旨在契合业务定位及未来整体发展规划，优化品牌识别度，提升企业及品牌形象，并为未来业务拓展创造机遇。董事会认为，此举符合公司及全体股东的整体利益。\n\n公告指出，更名不会影响公司现有证券持有人的权利，也不会对日常运营及财务状况造成影响。更名生效后，已发行并印有现行公司名称的股票将继续有效，无需更换；新发行的股票将采用新公司名称。获香港联交所确认后，公司在联交所买卖股份的中英文简称及公司标识亦将相应更新，具体生效日期将另行公告。\n\n公司计划在适当时候向股东寄发载有更名进一步详情及股东特别大会通告的通函，并在香港联交所及公司官网同步披露相关信息。
