2026年5月14日，吉利汽车控股有限公司（股票代码：00175）发布翌日披露报表，披露于当日进行股份回购以及部分新股发行事宜。
公司于香港联交所回购普通股42.5万股，约占回购前已发行股本的0.00394%，回购价格介乎每股20.92港元至21.50港元，合计支付金额约9,018,559.93港元（约901.86万港元）。本次回购股份将被列作库存股份。
同日，公司分别因集团雇员与关联实体参与者行使股票期权，累计发行新股68.45万股普通股，每股发行价介乎9.56港元至18.52港元，分批占发行前已发行股本约0.0061%、0.00002%、0.00019%及0.0005%。上述交易完成后，公司已发行股份数增至10,783,674,297股，库存股份数增加至63,212,000股，总股本升至10,846,886,297股。
公告显示，回购授权决议于2025年5月30日获得通过，公司可根据授权最多回购1,008,392,703股股份，截至目前已于本交易所或其他证券交易所回购合计130,643,000股，约占购回授权颁布时已发行股本的1.29556%。此外，公司在公告中确认已遵守香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则及相关法律法规的规定。
