滨海投资有限公司（02886）7月14日发布公告称，自2026年8月3日起，公司位于百慕达的注册办事处及主要股份登记及过户处（Conyers Corporate Services (Bermuda) Limited）地址将调整为：Richmond House, 12 Par-la-Ville Road, Hamilton HM 08, Bermuda。公司位于香港的股份登记及过户处仍为香港中央证券登记有限公司，地址维持在香港湾仔皇后大道东183号合和中心17楼1712-1716号铺。
公告同时披露，董事会目前由三名执行董事张旺先生、汪鑫先生及高亮先生，三名非执行董事张长亮先生、申洪亮先生及夏滨辉先生，以及四名独立非执行董事叶成庆先生、刘绍基先生、罗文钰教授及邓丽华博士组成。
