MaxWin International Reports Stable Share Structure in August 2026 Monthly Return

MaxWin International Holdings Limited submitted its monthly return for the period ended 31 August 2026, confirming that both authorised and issued share capital remained unchanged during the month.

The company’s authorised share capital stayed at 1.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.10, representing HKD 100.00 million in authorised capital. Issued shares were steady at 81.85 million, and no treasury shares were held or transacted.

The GEM-listed issuer affirmed compliance with the minimum 25% public-float requirement as at month-end.

Under the Share Option Scheme adopted on 19 December 2017, no share options were outstanding, granted or exercised in August. The scheme still allows for the future issuance of up to 4.00 million shares.

The filing also noted the absence of warrants, convertible securities, or other equity-linked arrangements, and reported zero movements in issued or treasury shares throughout the month.

The return was filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 September 2026 by company secretary Lau Chung Wai.
