APAC RESOURCES (01104) announced that Dr. Wang Yongquan has stepped down as an independent non-executive director, effective upon the conclusion of the company's annual general meeting held on November 21, 2025. Mr. Li Zexiong has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from November 21, 2025.
Dr. Wang has ceased to serve as the chairman and member of the audit committee and remuneration committee, as well as a member of the nomination committee, effective upon the conclusion of the annual general meeting. Meanwhile, Mr. Li has been appointed as the chairman of the audit committee and remuneration committee, and as a member of the nomination committee, effective from November 21, 2025.
