截至2026年1月31日止六个月，丽新发展录得营收25.84亿港元，同比增长1.4%。毛利6.56亿港元，同比下降30.4%。管理层在公告中提及，由于已处置部分资产以及相关成本项目调整，销售及行政费用约3.42亿港元，同比减少12.9%，其他经营开支约4.25亿港元，同比下降9.1%。公告显示，上述举措在一定程度上推动了整体成本结构的改善。
非香港财务报告准则口径下，本公司拥有人应占经调整净亏损为4.01亿港元，而去年同期为4.12亿港元，同比收窄约2.7%。
业务分项
分部营收中，物业发展与销售录得同比增长8.2%，主要得益于回顾期内Bal Residence及尚柏项目的剩余单位售出；餐厅及餐饮产品销售业务同比增长7.4%，由于旅客增加带动相关业务升温；酒店业务营收同比下降1.5%，主要源于宴会业务收入下滑；而物业投资收入则同比下降7.7%。管理层指出，部分非物业业务因为门店关闭等措施，运营亏损有所收窄。
