中国白银集团（股票代码：00815）在2026年7月2日发布的截至2026年6月30日的证券变动月报显示，公司当月完成新增发行845,000,000股普通股，令期末已发行股份总数从上月底的3,101,337,559股增至3,946,337,559股。公司表示，截至月末的公众持股量仍符合香港联合交易所有限公司的相关规定。
