加拿大上月通胀降温速度超出市场预期，主要得益于汽油价格回落为消费者带来喘息之机。数据显示，消费者价格指数环比下降0.4%，创下自2024年12月以来的最大单月跌幅。
从同比数据看，通胀率从5月的3.2%放缓至2.8%，明显低于经济学家此前预测的3%水平。6月汽油价格大幅下滑，其同比涨幅也较5月显著收窄。
剔除波动较大的汽油价格后，核心通胀率稳定在2.2%，持续在加拿大央行设定的2%通胀目标附近徘徊。更值得关注的是，央行偏好的中位数和修整均值通胀指标已降至1.85%，这是自2020年9月以来的最低水平。
