网易云音乐股份有限公司（09899）于2026年3月5日发布翌日披露报表，宣布于同日回购103,300股普通股，占该公司现有已发行股份约0.04773%。本次回购每股价格介乎每股141.6港元至151.1港元，总计耗资约14,992,910.35港元。
回购完成后，公司已发行股份（不包括库藏股）数目降至216,318,098股，库藏股数目增至1,587,200股，总计已发行股份及库藏股保持在217,905,298股。公司明确指出，此次回购基于2025年6月25日通过的购回授权，该授权可回购股份总数为21,739,953股，目前累计已回购1,255,650股，占购回授权时已发行股份总数约0.5776%。
