CHINA SUNTIEN (00956) announced that it recently received a notice from its sponsor, Zhong De Securities Co., Ltd., regarding the replacement of its continuing supervision sponsor representative.

Zhong De Securities, serving as the sponsor for the company's 2021 private placement of A-shares, originally designated Mr. Sun Naiwei and Mr. Lan Jianzhou as the continuing supervision sponsor representatives. Due to Mr. Lan Jianzhou's job transfer, he can no longer serve in this role.

To ensure the smooth progress of continuing supervision, Zhong De Securities appointed Mr. Shuai Su to replace Mr. Lan Jianzhou as the continuing supervision sponsor representative, effective from November 12, 2025.

Following this change, the company's continuing supervision sponsor representatives are now Mr. Sun Naiwei and Mr. Shuai Su. The continuing supervision period will last until the obligations stipulated by the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shanghai Stock Exchange are fulfilled.
