Ever Harvest Group Holdings Limited (stock code: 01549) has scheduled a board meeting for 27 March 2026. Directors will review and approve the consolidated annual results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025 and discuss a potential final dividend recommendation.
The meeting will be chaired by Lau Yu Leung alongside executive directors Lau Tak Fung Wallace and Lau Tak Kee Henry, non-executive director Tong Hung Sum, and independent non-executive directors Lo Wan Sing Vincent, Lam Lo, Lee Ka Lun, and Kam Eddie Shing Cheuk.
