JIMU GROUP (08187) Records HK$7.821 Million in Position Transfers, Representing 9.37% of Holdings; 14 Million Shares Moved Out of Cagada Securities Group

According to the latest data from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on June 3, JIMU GROUP (08187) saw a significant position transfer. The total value of the transferred positions amounted to HK$7.821 million, representing 9.37% of the holdings.

A shareholder of the company transferred 4.18 million shares into Changli Securities and moved 14 million shares out of Cagada Securities Group.

JIMU GROUP announced its annual results for the period ending December 31, 2025. The group achieved revenue of HK$30.845 million, representing a year-on-year increase of 174.13%. The annual loss was HK$5.843 million, a decrease of 44.56% compared to the previous year, with a loss per share of HK$0.04.

The announcement stated that the reduction in the annual loss was primarily attributable to increased revenue, impairment losses under the expected credit loss model, and gains from the disposal of a subsidiary during the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
