On the afternoon of September 22, KE Holdings officially launched its "True Guarantee" comprehensive service protection system.
At the launch event, Li Fenyan, Chief Operating Officer of KE Holdings' brokerage business line, delivered a keynote speech. He revealed that under the "True Guarantee" comprehensive service protection system, KE Holdings has introduced a total of 35 service commitments, including 6 platform-level commitments and 29 brand-level commitments.
According to the introduction, the 6 platform-level service commitments include three nationwide initiatives: "Authentic Property Listings - 100 Yuan Compensation for False Listings," "Transaction Failure - Commission Refund Without Reason," and "Property Fee Arrears - Platform Advance Payment for Losses." Additionally, three pilot programs are being tested in select cities for gradual nationwide rollout: "Fund Security - Platform Guarantee," "Water Leakage Disclosure - Loss Compensation," and "No Phone Marketing - 100 Yuan Compensation for Disturbance."
Regarding the "Fund Security - Platform Guarantee" service commitment, Li Fenyan disclosed that 10 cities have officially launched this commitment to date. Over the past year, the KE Holdings platform has successfully intercepted 16,000 high-risk transactions, maintaining the probability of fund loss below 0.006%.
