On Wednesday, the three major U.S. stock indices closed collectively higher. The Hang Seng Index ADR also rose, with a proportional closing level of 25,378.4 points, up 42.19 points or 0.17% from the Hong Kong market close. Large-cap blue-chip stocks showed mixed performance. HSBC HOLDINGS closed at HKD 127.001, up 1.60% from its Hong Kong close. Tencent Holdings ended at HKD 503.190, down 0.46% from its Hong Kong closing price.
